(1) Except as otherwise written in this Act, a person who is aggrieved by an order issued by an officer in accordance with this Act may apply to the Government of Nepal within thirty-five days from the date of such order to reconsider such order.

(2) After receiving the application as per sub-section (1), after taking the report from the ordering officer and considering the report, the Government of Nepal may issue its decision or order and the decision or order shall be final.
